Best of 2019 Dodgers Promotional Schedule: Bobbleheads, Jerseys & More

The Los Angeles Dodgers have set forth quite a 2019 slate in the way of promotions for their fans. In 2018, the Dodgers led baseball in attendance; both in total and average attendance per game (47,042). Nevertheless – if the upcoming season’s promotions are any indicator – they want to up the ante in 2019.

Dodgers 2019 Full Promotional Schedule:

Highlights

The Dodgers will host a marquee opponent in the New York Yankees in 2019, but that’s hardly where the highlights stop. Here are more details on the promotions for 2019. Now, get ready to mark your calendars up.

  • 12 bobblehead giveaway dates
  • Return of Friday Night Fireworks
  • Alumni Game (June 1 vs. Phillies)
  • Kids Run the Bases following most Sunday home games
  • Opening Day is a home game
  • Home for the holidays: Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day
  • Jackie Robinson Day (April 15)
  • $1 Dodger Dog Nights

A full list of details can be found here. Personally, I love the fact that baseball tips its cap to the Dodgers by giving them home dates for every holiday. For some reason, watching the Dodgers on a holiday with the backdrop of Blue Heaven makes it feel a little more like a holiday.

    1. They had their chances in these past 2 WS but the lack of offense AND the pitching staff serving up 23 HR’s in those 12 games combined took Dodgers out of it. It will be very difficult for Dodgers to make 3 straight WS appearances, heck it’s difficult to make 2 in row these days. And with the same analytic platooning philosophy to look forward to i am not expecting much of any significant change, especially if Dodgers want to stay under that threshold for several years going forward.

  1. For the promotional give a ways. I would like to see a replica bobblehead of Dodger Dog Statue. Another is a bobblehead of Dia De Los Muertos just like last season. And finally, bobbleheads from Star Wars , DC Comics , and Marvel characters with a Dodger player. One Last thing , a Dodger Wall clock . Thank you for time.

  2. The Dodgers are looking like the USC of baseball now. Always hype and good players but not accomplishing anything. Dodgers need to play small ball again. Stop swinging for the fences every single at bat.
