Dodgers Announce Alumni Game Participants for 2019 Alumni Weekend

The Dodgers have announced the participants in this year’s annual alumni game on June 1. The lineup includes some of the best to ever wear the Dodger uniform and some fan favorites from over the years.

Nomar Garciaparra, Jerry Hairston Jr., and Orel Hershiser, current members of the Dodgers network group at Spectrum SportsNet LA will be participating, which is definitely bound to be a fun event.

Even some members of the 1988 World Series roster like Steve Sax and Dave Anderson will be playing.

Even some recent Dodgers like James Loney and Nick Punto will be playing in the game alongside current Dodgers manager Dave Roberts who also played for the Boys in Blue.

While, as always, these names are subject to change.

Fans are encouraged to arrive early for Saturday’s game to take in alumni batting practice at 4:00 p.m., introductions at 5:00 p.m. and the Alumni Game at 5:15 p.m. prior to the Dodgers’ 7:10 p.m. game against the Philadelphia Phillies.
