Dodgers Ball Girl Lays Out Fan Running Onto the Field
Sunday afternoon proved to be a pretty exciting afternoon for Dodgers fans out at the stadium. The boys got the win against Anaheim and took the series win, and Albert Pujols took his former team DEEP to left for a homerun. It was great.
Dodgers fans also got to see an NFL-style hit on a fan courtesy of one of the ball girls. Some wild fan decided late in the game that this was a great day to run onto the field and make a fool of himself. And to his credit, he avoided diving security guards with ease.
Until he tried to make his way over the right-field wall. That’s when the ball girl laid a hit on him that sent him flipping over the wall and security immediately swarmed him.

Here is another angle of the hit. And for Dodgers fans wondering what happened to that fan, it’s not great news for him.
Per a source, the Dodgers fan that ran onto the field will pay a hefty price. In addition to being arrested on trespassing charges, he will also need to pay an undisclosed fine and will be on probation for 5 years and is not welcomed at Dodger Stadium in that span. The source chose to remain anonymous on the matter and the information does not come directly from a Dodger employee.
All of that to say, if you’re thinking about rushing the field during a game, don’t do it. You won’t get to see a Dodgers game in person for a long time and there is a good chance you’re going to get laid out by one of the ball girls.

Well that was some, “cheap entertainment” which lasted about as long as the vid. I would much rather watch Monday save the flag on repeat many times over.
