Dodgers: Chris Taylor Shares His Obvious Favorite Memory as a Dodger

Some athletes play for the money, but at the end of the day if you are in the MLB and aren’t playing for the championship then perhaps the league isn’t right for you. With that in mind, it seems obvious Chris Taylor‘s favorite memory as a Dodgers belongs to him winning the World Series.

The championship comes at the heels of the Dodgers losing in back-to-back World Series appearances including one of the most controversial finishes ever against the Astros. The Dodgers were able to bounce back from their losses and just two seasons later found themselves back in the World Series.

Taylor and the rest of the Dodgers finally prevailed after such a whirlwind of a season filled with COVID-19 and sadness. It was a great time for the city of Los Angeles as both the Dodgers and Lakers won their respective championships and set up Taylor’s favorite memory (via Access SportsNet LA).

“It’s got to be winning the World Series. That’s a moment you dream of as a kid and to be able to finally do it is a surreal feeling. That whole month was crazy. Playing in the bubble. Playing with no fans all season and then we finally have fans for the postseason. And such a great playoffs for us. That battle coming back three games to one against the Braves and being able to beat the Rays there in that last (series).”

Hopefully there will be plenty more great moments for Taylor before his career is over. For now, Taylor clearly is ready to be a Dodger for life.
