Oddsmakers have already identified the Los Angeles Dodgers as the favorite to win the National League West division and they are among the favorites to reach and win the World Series.

In 50,000 simulations of the 2015 season, the Dodgers won the World Series the second-highest number of times, behind the Washington Nationals. While team-centric odds have been out for multiple weeks, player over/under predictions were just recently released.

According to Sportsbook.ag, Yasiel Puig’s over/under bets are set at 20.5 home runs and 157.5 hits. Not a prototypical home run hitter, Puig had 19 homer in his rookie season and 16 last year; he’s had 122 and 165 hits in each of his first two years.

Adrian Gonzalez faces a higher over/under in terms of home runs with his at an even 23. Gonzalez hit 27 home runs last season, 22 in 2013 and just 18 in 2012. From 2006 to 2011, he hit at least 24 home runs each season. A shoulder injury impacted his swing, specifically his follow through, which thus negated some of his power; though he now appears to be fully recovered.

As for Clayton Kershaw, Sportsbook has his over/under wins total at 17.5. The Dodgers’ ace led the Majors with 21 wins last season and won 21, 14 and 16 games from 2011-2013. Greinke’s over/under for wins is set at 13.5, which he’s surpassed in the last four seasons.
