Dodgers Fan Jumps Into Astros Bullpen In Game 2 Of The World Series

Game 2 of the World Series was an emotional roller-coaster ride for both teams and their fans. The game was eleven innings of grueling, October baseball, and it was amazing. Unfortunately, the Astros came out on top and defeated the Dodgers with a final score of 7-6.

However, as exciting as the game was, the craziest thing happened off of the field. In the top of the tenth inning, and after back-to-back Astros’ home runs, a Dodgers fan jumped into the Astros’ bullpen.

I can’t imagine what was going on in this guy’s mind when he decided to jump over the fence. Was he planning on fighting the entire Astros bullpen? Did he just want to put on a show? I get that it was a pretty disheartening moment in the game for the Dodgers, but really?

It’s pretty comical, but sad at the same time. Hopefully the rest of Major League Baseball knows that this fan does not represent the Los Angeles Dodgers’ fan-base as a whole. Regardless, I don’t think we have to worry about this guy ever doing something like this again. I can’t imagine he will ever be allowed to return to Dodger Stadium, thankfully.
