As the team buses drove through Downtown LA for the championship parade, Shohei Ohtani spoke on how he felt after winning his second World Series with the Dodgers.

“I’m already thinking about the third time we’re going to do this,” Ohtani said.

The Dodgers signed Ohtani to a 10-year, $700 million contract ahead of the 2024 season. In the superstar’s two years with the team, the Dodgers have won the World Series.

The two-way player is a big reason why the Dodgers have been so successful the past two seasons, and Ohtani evidently hopes to continue the organization’s winning ways in 2026.

The Dodgers have won three championships since 2020, and this year’s World Series title has cemented the team as a dynasty. Fans have embraced the Dodgers as such, and the turnout at LA’s championship parade is evidence.

The Dodgers’ coronation culminates at a sold out Dodger Stadium with a championship rally Monday at noon.

  1. I think the Parade and all the voices of the Dodgers were so from their hearts great guys, life is great with the LA Dodgers!!

  2. Michael Jordan and Chicago Bulls had 3 peats I believe twice but not 100% sure. Lakers also with coach Pat Riley who Patented the 3 peat phrase, smart.
Dodgers had a Rough year in 2025 and Heroic defense and timely home runs and two double plays, one started in outfield and shortstop to end game 6 and 7. Max, Rojas Saved the Season and Will Smith hit the Gamer!
In order for Dodgers to get to World Series in 2026 up to 10 players must be replaced and injuries during season minimal.
Personally I would rather see Shohei bat 2-3 because it gives him more chances of base runners.
Dodgers need to look at playoffs film and the Defense both sides starting with Wild Card. How can We improve our Defensive skills and offensive skills and possibly Zero in on base running mistakes. I noticed that players on third face home rather than facing pitcher so they can see where the third baseman is, where the infielders are, is Catcher eyeing him Etc. if you square up and react by outs and liners and especially ground balls you simply cross over your left or right leg and return or sprint home at the crack of bat. If ball is hit to outfield immediately tag, once the ball touches outfielders glove take off for home. The quicker one reacts and sets themselves can be the difference of a run or out. Some outfielders have Guns, as most Catchers.
3-Peat can be accomplished with a more Consistent Bull pin.

    Congratulations Dodgers, Very Happy!

Fundamentals such as infielders catching ball and immediately lower glove to base or as Will Smith finally showed in front of Home Plate not looking for runner, adjust for slide.
Sometimes even Professional Baseball players can by doing the Basics make Wins happen more often.
Kershaw will be missed, what an example for kids of all ages and Rookies and Veterans too.

    1. Teoscar Hernandez needs to learn to throw a strike to the catcher from medium right field. Ball should arrive inches off the ground at the edge of the plate. Yes Dodgers made some great plays, but an average throw would have prevented the 18 inning game. He should practice all off-season long. Hitting is hard, diving catches are hard. A decent throw to home plate is basic little league stuff.
