Dodgers Giveaway: Justin Turner Bobblehead Announced for July 3
While fans will certainly flock to Dodger Stadium on the 4th of July for an Independence Day fireworks display after the team’s game against the San Diego Padres, they now have a perfect excuse to be at Blue Heaven on Earth the day before as well.
“When they needed a home run the most, they turned to Turner.”

Justin Turner’s bobblehead night will take place on July 3. The team will face the Diamondbacks in a midweek, pre-holiday game at 7:10pm.
Fans will not have to purchase a special ticket package to receive this bobblehead. The first 40,000 fans at the game will be eligible to receive the promotion as they scan their ticket at the gate.
2018 NLCS Game 2 Reference

The bobblehead will serve as a nod to Turner’s eighth-inning go-ahead home run in game 2 of the 2018 NLCS.
In that game, the Dodgers risked going down 2-0 in the series before Turner turned a 3-2 deficit into a 4-3 lead that would be held until the end of the game. The series would head to LA tied 1-1.
This was Turner’s second postseason go-ahead home run in the seventh inning or later as many remember his walk-off home run against the Chicago Cubs the year before in game 2 of the 2017 NLCS.
Dodgers fans won’t want to miss the opportunity to add this bobblehead, which refers to a pivotal moment for the Dodgers in reaching the World Series for their second straight year, to their collection.
