Dodgers: Highlights from Clayton Kershaw’s Gem, 5-1 Win over Arizona
Last night was as vintage Clayton Kershaw as you can get. The ace carried a no hitter into the 6th inning and the Dodgers stomped the snakes 5-1, completing the three-game sweep.
WATCH
Kershaw picked up his 5th win of the season and added 8 strikeouts bringing him up to 2,505 Ks in his career and passing a baseball legend on MLB’s all-time list. The Dodger bullpen allowed only 1 run in relief of the ace.
Corey Seager added 3 hits on the night, bringing his season batting average up to .323, 7th best in the National League. AJ Pollock came off the bench to hit the Dodgers’ first pinch hit home run of the season. Chris Taylor and Enrique Hernandez each had two base hits on the evening.
