Dodgers Injury Update: Mookie Betts, Cody Bellinger, Gavin Lux, & More!

Mookie Betts was plunked by a 95-mph Rafael Montero sinker in his forearm/wrist area in the ninth inning of the Dodgers 4-3 road loss to the Mariners on Monday night. We get the very latest on Mookie Betts’ injury and when to expect him back in the Dodgers lineup.

Next, we get an update on Cody Bellinger’s and Gavin Lux’s status and the rest of the Dodgers currently dealing with injuries. Plus, we discuss who LA will turn to in their absence and if injuries are the only thing that can stop the Dodgers from going back-to-back!

Over the last week or two, the Dodgers have kept winning games without these key bats, but it’s definitely been a struggle. Despite winning 9 of 11 games, the LA offense is posting a batting average close to .200 as a team.

The boys are off for a much needed rest day on Wednesday before welcoming the Padres to Dodger Stadium for four games.
