Dodgers Issue Non-Statement On Houston Astros Sanctions and Punishment
Sometimes you say the most by saying little. In this case, the Los Angeles Dodgers released a statement on their official twitter account Monday night. Of course, the tweet was in direct response to the Houston Astros’ cheating allegations and punishment from Major League Baseball; which was handed down early Monday.
Here is the tweet from the Dodgers twitter. The organization says that all clubs have been asked by MLB not to comment on the Astros’ punishment.

However – by saying something – are the Dodgers saying something?

Without question, it seems like the organization is leaving it to the reader to draw their own conclusions. Moreover, this tweet will draw it’s fair share of eye-rolls and you can fill in the blanks of what the Dodgers’ organization would really like to say from there.
“It’s inappropriate to comment on the discipline imposed on another club. The Dodges have also been asked not to comment on any wrongdoing during the 2017 World Series, and will have no further comment at this time.”
Of course we all will wonder forever what might of been if the Astros didn’t have a little bit of added help in that 2017 World Series that Los Angeles lost in seven games by the thinnest of margins. Perhaps there is no game seven to begin with, and the Dodgers are 2017 World Champions.
If you were the Dodgers, what comment would you make to the Astros; if baseball allowed an open mic? Let us know in the comments section below.
I want to see teams beaning the Astros all season
The Lord does not approve of cheaters in any way, so they will face their final judgments, (all who were involved) when the time comes. I for one fell that punishment was NOT severe enough. Don, as I said yesterday the Astros should be real glad that I am not the Commissioner because you can guess what I would have done as a punishment on them!
The lord lives through me and I will hand them their due punishment and send them straight to hell after
The players involved with banging on the garbage can, studying the monitor to steal signs, etc, should also be fined and suspended. I am very passionate about my Dodgers and I am sick over the loss of the 2017 WS. I hope the Astro’s go through hell all year.
Dodger fans since 1961
The astros should lose the title, the rings, the money, everything they won in 2017. They should be banned from post season play for five years. They should not get any first round draft picks for five years. Their general manager & manager should be banned for life! Alex Cora & Carlos Beltran should be banned for life. THE HOUSTON ASTROS should be stripped of the title! Any player on the roster should get a black listed so that everyone knows they were cheaters and do not get traded for or does not get signed in free agency! they would all have to end their careers playing for the astros!!!!!!!!!!!!! Is that harsh enough?
My reply is that the Houston Astros should be stripped of the title and do it now. They cheated and were caught.
I have been a Dodgers fan since before they moved to LA and they should be given the World Series Title of 2017 and the Astros should be stripped of it completely and sanaction to not play in another series for an undetermine years. They are the cheaters and not LA Dodgers.
Three month’s ago I said the Houston Asterisks were Corrupt. & Racists I was right there is nothing worse than watching your Beloved Team on their own field lose the WS Championship then find out they’re cheaters then find out it was one of our past players Alex Cora I am Spitting Bullets I am so angry.. Reading some of the Comments on You Tube these Fans of the Houston Asterisks are some of the most brazen arrogant idiot’s I have ever seen and heard… MLB owe us a Championship…
