Dodgers: LA Goes with Kelly and Bullpen Game with Season on the Line, What Comes Next?

The Dodgers season is on the line and on the arm of Joe Kelly to open the game. The reliever makes his first postseason start since 2013 and for all intents and purposes is locked in and ready to go after not pitching since Tuesday.

Behind Kelly, the bullpen should mostly be rested and ready to keep the Braves at bay, but the biggest question remains squarely on the Dodger offense which has posted a lowly .661 OPS this postseason.

If the Dodgers can get through this game 5 with a win, things are lineup as great as they can be as the series would shift back to Atlanta for game 6 and potentially 7. Max Scherzer would take the ball in game 6 on extra rest and Walker Buehler would be lurking for game 7.

They’ve been here before, here’s to hoping they can do it again!
