Freddie Freeman will not play Thursday as a regular scheduled day off. Tommy Edman, who was out of the lineup Tuesday and Wednesday, returns for the series finale against the Mets.
The Dodgers lineup will face Mets left-handed pitcher David Peterson on the mound Thursday. Peterson is 4-2 with a 2.69 ERA this season.
