Tyler Glasnow will be on the mound for the Dodgers. The right-hander allowed two earned runs on four hits across 5.2 innings of work in his last start against the Toronto Blue Jays.
Thus far, Clayton Kershaw and Blake Snell have given the Dodgers six innings in each of their starts for this weekend’s series against San Diego. LA will hope Glasnow does the same.
Opposite Glasnow is Padres right-hander Yu Darvish, who is sporting a 5.61 ERA with 29 strikeouts across 33.2 innings of work this season. Darvish missed a majority of the first half of the season with elbow inflammation.
A new face will be in the Dodgers lineup Sunday as Buddy Kennedy will get the start at third, his first for LA since being claimed off waivers earlier this week.
Additionally, Will Smith is in for a third consecutive day. Typically, Dalton Rushing will give Smith a day off in the Dodgers lineup.

Buddy Who…?
Jeez, I may as well play 3rd base. There has got to be a better option than a guy hitting .071.
Dodgers just trying to find a temporary solution until they get some guys back
