Right-handed pitcher Shohei Ohtani (0-1, 4.61 ERA) is taking the mound for LA, looking to get back on track after his worst two outings of the season in his last two starts.
Opposite Ohtani will be Reds left-hander Nick Lodolo (8-6, 3.05 ERA), who’s enjoying his best season in the big leagues across his four-year career.
Alex Call, who left Tuesday’s game early with a lower back injury, is out of the lineup. Freddie Freeman is also out as he’s dealing with a stinger in his neck.
