Los Angeles Dodgers manager Dave Roberts revealed that both James Outman and Esteury Ruiz are with the team on the taxi squad.

Roberts said both Tommy Edman and Hyeseong Kim look healthy, and the taxi outfield duo will likely end up going back to Oklahoma City.
Ruiz and Outman were with the team in case one or both of Edman and Kim had to go on the injured list. Edman tweaked his ankle earlier this week, the same one that required him to miss three weeks in an IL stint.
As for Kim, the utility man appeared to be in some pain after fouling a ball off his foot, but Roberts insisted that he was fine.
In nine Major League games this season, Outman hit .125 with two home runs, four runs batted in and an OPS of .597. The 28-year-old’s numbers are much better in the minors as he’s hitting .271 with 12 home runs, 42 RBIs and a .904 OPS across 181 at-bats with Triple-A OKC.
Ruiz had a locker in the Dodgers clubhouse Wednesday with Edman out of the lineup for a second straight game. Kim was also not in Wednesday’s lineup. However, it appears there’s no concern with either player.
This season, Ruiz is hitting .274 with three home runs, 30 RBIs and 27 stolen bases for OKC. The Dodgers acquired the outfielder via trade from the Athletics in April.

They need to put Conforto on the BUS squad. A bus out of town. Bring Ryan up.
Ryan Ward.
Brandon Gomes said he expects Conforto to be a staple in the Dodgers lineup for the rest of the season. I think the team is hopeful he will turn a corner like Max Muncy.
Neither of those two would replace Rojas. Edman and Kim are not badly hurt. Conforto just saved his roster spot for a while longer with today’s game winning hit. So what are Ruiz and Outman doing in the Dodger’s dugout? Do the Dodgers lead MLB in roster turnover, by a lot? They seem to claim and lose about a player a week on average. There was a catcher they had no business putting on the 40 man roster and Chris Stratton and JP Fyerisen all gone within the past week with other newcomers added. What is going on? Even after today’s heroics, the Dodgers are better with Edman [CF], Kim [2B] and Pages [LF] in the lineup and not Conforto. Even Kike Hernandez in the lineup in place of Conforto makes for a better lineup. There should be heavy fines for anyone who grounds into a double play with the bases loaded.
