Los Angeles Dodgers infielder Miguel Rojas revealed he suffered an injury in World Series Game 7.

In the bottom of the ninth inning, the Toronto Blue Jays loaded the bases with one out. Rojas got the potential game-winning run out at home and aggravated his rib cage on the play.
Hyeseong Kim entered the game in the 11th inning to replace Rojas at second.
Rojas kept the Dodgers in the Game 7 battle with a game-tying home run in the top of the ninth, and essentially changed the trajectory of the matchup. The Dodgers had trailed all game long, and the veteran infielder’s homer tied the game at 4.
“All I wanted to do was hit the ball up the middle and get on base for Shohei,” Rojas said. “I think fouling that last fastball off gave me confidence to wait for the ball and he hung me a slider.”
Rojas became the first player in Major League Baseball history with a game-tying home run in the ninth inning or later of a World Series Game 7, according to OptaSTATS.
Manager Dave Roberts heaped high praise for the 36-year-old following the Dodgers’ 5-4 win over the Blue Jays.
“Miggy Ro — I talk about the game honors you and right there the game honored him,” Roberts said. “He does things the right way and he deserved that moment.”

MORE than proud of the LA Dodgers, thank God. Rojas was there for game 6 & 7, and his Home Run a special Guy, Ohtani, really the best in so many ways, Smithy, guts he has always knowing the right pitch & the best catcher, and what can I say for Yamamato, a person who will go to the ends of a game for the Dodger to get a win & he sure did for game 7, all the players are for each other !!! I could say so much for Kershaw, a gentleman a best pitcher, who is trying every single time, he truly is a great Dodger and husband & Father!!! My husband was avid Brooklyn & LA Dodger true fan, I am sure He would be so very happy in Heaven!! Thank You all the best Baseball team & a true family. God Bless you all. June Moore
Well I will be waiting for Spring Training, say safe my Dodger players, Thanks !!!!
