Player of the Day – Chris Jacobs
Jacobs has struggled in June, hitting just .190 in the month. However, he absolutely unloaded on a pitch last night, hitting a home run 483 feet, which just goes to show what kind of power Jacobs has.
It looked like he would be a shoe-in for a promotion after a dominant May, but it seems that he still has some work to do at the plate. At the age of 25, the sooner Jacobs gets to Chattanooga, the better.
