Player of the Day – Alex Guerrero

The return. No, not LeBron James, but Guerrero’s. The Cuban infielder played his first game since Miguel Olivo bit part of his ear off in a dugout confrontation.

The 27-year-old went 3-for-5 with a home run in his first game in nearly two months. Hopefully he’ll continue to hit and fight for a spot on the Dodgers.
