Player of the Day – James Baldwin
It’s been a difficult transition for Baldwin, who the Dodgers selected in the third round of the 2010 draft. Through the first three months of the season, Baldwin hit .186, .211 and .205. However, in July, he is batting .289/.360/.644 with four doubles and four home runs. Baldwin is still striking out too much, but it’s nice to see him putting together a good run.
