Player of the Day – Daniel Mayora

Chattanooga opened up their postseason run in Huntsville with Andres Santiago on the mound, fresh off his no-hitter. He gave a strong six innings but still needed help from the offense.

Mayora, who hit .302 with nine home runs in the regular season, provided run support for his pitcher. His perfect day at the plate put the Lookouts over the top, giving them an early advantage in their opening series.
