Dodgers News: Bolsinger Takes Stripling’s Start vs. Reds

After the complete game shutout Clayton Kershaw threw last night, the Dodgers would like to build on their two game winning streak tonight versus the Cincinnati Reds.

Manager Dave Roberts has penciled in Mike Bolsinger to take Ross Stripling’s start versus the Reds after being called up yesterday to replace an injured Chin-hui Tsao. For anyone wondering why Bolsinger is back so soon, there is an exception to the 10 day rule if the player being replaced is injured.

The silver lining to all this is that Bolsinger will be facing rookie, Daniel Wright, who will be making his major league debut tonight at the Ravine.
