Dodgers News: Chin-Hui Tsao Outrighted to Triple-A OKC
The Dodgers are in desperate need of pitching, with free agents Kenley Jansen, Rich Hill, and Joe Blanton hitting the market. Not surprising, it does not seem like Chin-hui Tsao will be a apart of the solution.
The Dodgers have outrighted pitcher Chin-hui Tsao to Triple-A Oklahoma City.

Tsao was picked up by the Dodgers in 2007 but was placed into their minor affiliates, which he refused to be in and became a free agent.
In 2014, Tsao signed a contract with the Dodgers and made his official debut in the Major Leagues on July 8, 2015. On May 23, 2016, Tsao was placed on the 15-day disabled list.
Has this become a pattern for Tsao and the Dodgers? Tsao being outrighted has officially made the Dodgers 40-man roster go down to 37.
