Hill wore a bandage on his blistered finger during the workout, per Andy McCullough of the Los Angeles Times. Hill is on his second DL stint of the season, both due to blisters.
Dayton, meanwhile, was recently placed on the DL with a left intercostal strain. He had already appeared in seven games this season, not allowing a run. Josh Fields was recalled in his place.
The Dodgers will tread delicately with Hill. Dayton is already missed after the bullpen allowed a nine-run inning against Arizona Friday.
