Dodgers News: Team Drafts Shortstop, Catcher and Two Pitchers on Day 1 of MLB Draft | VIDEO
The Los Angeles Dodgers welcomed three new prospects to the Dodgers organization as Day 1 of the 2016 MLB Draft. The Dodgers held the number 20th overall pick in the first round, 65th pick in the second round and picks 32 and 36 in rounds three and four.
With the 20th pick in the draft the Dodgers selected a shortstop from Indian Trail Academy.

And finally, closing out the night for the Dodgers the team selected right-handed pitcher Mitchell White with the 65th overall pick.
