Dodgers: NLCS Game 6 Start Time in Atlanta Has Changed

The Dodgers and Braves are going to play Game 6 of the NLCS tonight. With everything on the lineup for Los Angeles, the hope is that they will be able to pull out another win and force a Game 7 on Sunday.

The initial start time for Game 6 was supposed to be 2 pm Pacific and 5 pm Eastern. But the time has been adjusted now that the ALCS has wrapped up and the Astros are headed to the World Series. The Dodgers and Braves will now play at 5:08 pm LA time.

Ian Anderson will be on the mound for the Braves going up a pitcher still to be determined for the Dodgers. The last time Anderson pitched, he gave up a pair of runs and got knocked out of the game in just 3 innings of work.

The Dodgers will not be going with Max Scherzer in Game 6 of the NLCS. A report came out late Friday night that Scherzer’s arm has not bounced back from his last start, and as a result, he will not be their guy on Saturday. That opens the door for very few options since none of the starters are on regular rest.

Whatever Brusdar Graterol did in Game 5, the Dodgers are going to need him to find that again. The young reliever came in firing and pitched 2 innings without allowing anything to Braves hitters. If he keeps up that sort of efficiency, he can be a big weapon for Doc.
