Dodgers Notes: Dalton Rushing Injury, Tyler Glasnow Hurt, Recently-Cut Infielder Joins Contender

The Los Angeles Dodgers lost to the Baltimore Orioles, 2-1, on Friday via a walk-off, no doubt home run. LA fell to 78-63 and dropped their fourth game in a row.

To make matters worse, the catcher situation in Los Angeles took another hit as rookie Dalton Rushing was carried off the field on Friday after suffering a leg injury. The young backstop fell to the ground in pain after fouling a ball off his leg. He may head to the injured list on Saturday.

In other injury news, right-hander Tyler Glasnow was scratched from his scheduled start and replaced by Shohei Ohtani. Manager Dave Roberts revealed that Glasnow was dealing with back tightness on Friday.

Finally, a recently-cut Dodgers infielder has joined an American League powerhouse. The now-former Dodger returns to a familiar team after his short stint in LA.
