The Los Angeles Dodgers have an injury update on superstar Freddie Freeman. After he missed Wednesday’s game with a “stinger” in his neck area, manager Dave Roberts revealed when he believes his first baseman will return to the lineup.
In other news, three-time MVP Shohei Ohtani is no stranger to breaking records, but he and the pitching staff helped make history on Wednesday during his most recent outing. The insane accomplishment hasn’t been done in over a century, but just as importantly, helped the Dodgers take a larger lead in the NL West division.
Finally, there are positive updates on infielder Hyeseong Kim and All-Star third baseman Max Muncy. The two have been out for quite some time, but are close to rejoining the team and bringing their bats back to the lineup.
