The Los Angeles Dodgers are World Series bound yet again.
After dismantling the Milwaukee Brewers in the National League Championship Series — sweeping MLB’s best regular season team — the Dodgers are heading to the World Series for the second consecutive season.
Shohei Ohtani basically single-handedly sent the Dodgers to the Fall Classic on Friday night, pitching six shutout innings with 10 strikeouts while going 3-for-3 with three home runs. It was one of the greatest postseason performances in history.
Ohtani, of course, took home NLCS MVP honors.
And finally, after the game, Dave Roberts sent an epic message to Dodgers fans:
“Before the season started, they said, ‘The Dodgers are ruining baseball,'” Roberts said to the Dodger Stadium crowd. “Let’s get four more wins and really ruin baseball.”

People are saying Ohtani’s performance was once of the greatest in MLB History, NO OT WASN’T… IT WAS THE GREATEST PERFORMANCE IN MLB HISTORY. No one has pitched like he did or hit like he did…NOT EVEN BABE RUTH. It was NO DOUBT THE GREATEST PERFORMANCE IN MLB HISTORY. Undeniable…
