Dodgers Notes: LA Loses Coach, All-Star Pitcher Pursuit, Teoscar Hernández Update
Los Angeles Dodgers first base coach Clayton McCullough was hired as the Miami Marlins’ next manager. McCullough coached the position for the Dodgers since 2021 and now takes over for the Marlins.
The Dodgers are reportedly one of the teams aggressively pursuing Chicago White Sox pitcher Garrett Crochet. The Dodgers were linked to Crochet prior to the MLB trade deadline but landed Jack Flaherty instead as Crochet stayed with the White Sox.
Dodgers general manager Brandon Gomes acknowledged the impact that Teoscar Hernández had on the team during the 2024 season and said the team plans to have conversations with Hernández and his team soon this offseason.
