The Los Angeles Dodgers celebrated becoming baseball’s first back-to-back champions in a quarter century by parading through the city and having a rally at Dodger Stadium.
At said rally, the Dodgers made their intentions clear: they want a three-peat. As exciting as winning consecutive championships was — especially in such a tantalizing Game 7 — the goal for 2026 is already set.
In other news, utility star Kiké Hernández sent a message to the fans during the parade. From starting the season in Japan, playing most of the regular season in the United States, and ending the year in Canada, Dodgers fans have shown that their support knows no borders.
Finally, amid a parade for his second consecutive championship he helped bring to LA, superstar Shohei Ohtani spoke on the next one. Fans won’t have to guess if Ohtani is satisfied with just two rings as he is already planning the third.
