
Dodgers Notes: Mookie Betts Tries the Derby, CT3 on the Mend, LA Trio Sell Out and More
We’re at the All-Star break, but that doesn’t mean there’s no news about your Los Angeles Dodgers!
Right fielder Mookie Betts participated in the Home Run Derby on Monday ahead of tonight’s All-Star Game, and he fell to eventual champion Vladimir Guerrero Jr. In more Mookie news, Dodger manager Dave Roberts gave the All-Star extremely high praise before he participated in the Midsummer Classic.
A trio of Dodgers found themselves in the top 20 of MLB jersey sales, according to a league press release on Monday, showcasing both the trio’s skills and the far reach of the Dodger fan base. Also, Chris Taylor is making progress on his road back to the team as he recently had a big night for Low-A affiliate Rancho Cucamonga as part of a rehab assignment.
