Dodgers: One Place in the NL West You Can Sort of Watch Live Games
Dodgers fans are among those in baseball that are so sad they cannot watch live games in 2020. Getting to make the drive out to Chavez Ravine and take in a game is truly unlike anywhere on earth.
But while fans may not be allowed in stadiums, Dodgers fans can still find a way to watch games live. While playing at the Padres home field this past week, there were fans in attendance from a distance. Atop the Marriot hotel across from Petco Park, fans can take in a baseball game.
Sure, you’re 250 feet into the air and more than 1,000 feet from home plate, but it’s still baseball. And if Dodgers fans want to make the trip down to San Diego on the net road trip, they can sit up there.
The Dodgers will travel back to Petco Park for the last time this season in September. They play three games there from Monday to Wednesday and that will be the last time they play the Padres for the year. Fans looking to get to watch the game should contact the Gaslamp Quarter Marriot in San Diego for booking.
Dodgers Schedule
The Dodgers just wrapped up a series with the Padres and now will head home. The Giants come to town on Friday for a three games series against Los Angeles. The Padres will then come into town right after that for a four-game series.
