Dodgers: Team and Player Thank You’s For An Incredible 2018 Season
The Los Angeles Dodgers had a 2018 season that will never be forgotten by anyone that was a part of it. Yes, the Dodgers ultimately came up short, losing a World Series in five games to one of the best teams in modern baseball history.
To thank fans, the Dodgers and their players were vocal on social media to express the sentiment.

It did not end the way the #Dodgers wanted it to. I cannot express enough gratitude for the opportunity to cover a team that is a perennial power. Thank you to the front office, entire coaching staff, the players for the hundreds of interviews & most of all, to you, the fans. https://t.co/RgYMsmZ4oA

Obviously, this is an organization filled with and surrounded by people who appreciate the most important thing in sports; you. Still, along with the incredible memories that were created in 2018 are what made it worth your time.
The 2018 Dodgers came up short but I argue that they will be remembered. They were a team that made you feel and felt right along with you every step of the way.
Perhaps some thanks is owed to them.
Dodgers Lose World Series Game Five
Thank you to all of the Dodger players for a great season that ended way to early. I still love to watch you play and root for the best team in baseball. Been a fan since 1955 when I was 6 years old and watched them play and beat the Yankees in the World Series.
YOU GAVE IT A HELL OF A GOOD RUN GUYS, YOU ARE A TEAM TO BE RECKONED WITH. I’M A LIFE LONG DODGER FAN, WILL BE WATCHING FOR YOU TO WIN NATIONAL LEAGUE WEST FOR THE 7TH STRAIGHT YEAR IN 2019..JACK
Note to Jerry: What you wrote is true of me: “Been a fan since 1955 when I was 6 years old and watched them play and beat the Yankees in the World Series.”
Hope we get to see more than one more championship in the near future. I think we will – if management keeps the right players and gets rid of the guys who failed this year.
As a Knicks fan, a Jets fan, a Dodgers fan (since 1940), and a Democrat, I have learned how to live with an occasional disappointment. They gave us great memories and surprises from old returnees and we have fabulous prospects about to bloom. Cant wait for next season!!!
Dodgets MVB should go to Kemp. Without his play during the first half, they’d all be watching the postseason on TV, for sure
