The Dodgers and Nationals will play the first game at 11:05 AM PT while game two will be pushed back to 5:05 PM PT.
Ross Stripling and Max Scherzer will face off in the first game. Rich Hill will match up against Tanner Roark in the second game.
East Coast Weather
Weather in the East Coast has limited the Nationals all week. They were scheduled to play the New York Yankees for a two game series this past Tuesday and Wednesday. Tuesdays game was suspended in the fifth inning when the game was tied 3-3. Wednesday’s game was postponed. Both games are scheduled to be made up on June 18.
The weather in Washington D.C. may limit the series between the two teams as there is a high chance of thunderstorms on Saturday as well.
The two teams also face off on Sunday with a matchup of Alex Wood and Stephen Strasburg.
Good Bye Nats
The Dodgers faced the Nationals in April and the Dodgers won two out of the three games. That set was the last series the Dodgers have won. This series also marks the last time these franchises will face off against each other in the regular season in 2018.
