Fernando Valenzuela Funeral: How to Watch Ceremony Honoring Dodgers Legend

The funeral of Los Angeles Dodgers legend Fernando Valenzuela is taking place on Wednesday, Nov. 6.

SportsNet LA, the Dodgers’ television station, will have live coverage of the funeral starting at 10 a.m. on Wednesday.

Valenzuela passed away before the World Series at the age of 63. Valenzuela’s 64th birthday would have been this past Friday, the day the Dodgers celebrated their World Series title with a parade in Los Angeles.

Valenzuela was honored during the World Series. The Dodgers made sure to honor him at the parade, too.

Valenzuela was one of the greatest pitchers in Dodgers franchise history, and had his No. 34 jersey retired last year.
