Rich Hill (9-5, 4.02 ERA) vs Eric Lauer (5-7, 4.74 ERA)

Although the Padres have won just four games against the Dodgers this year, two of those victories came with Eric Lauer on the hill. In two starts against Los Angeles, Lauer has allowed just one run over 14.2 innings. Against teams not named the Dodgers, Lauer is 3-7 with a 5.44 ERA.
