Los Angeles Dodgers Defeat Colorado Rockies to Win 2018 Division Title
The Los Angeles Dodgers entered game 163 for all the division marbles versus the Colorado Rockies. Coming into the game, the Dodgers swept the Giants in San Francisco and the Rockies stumbled into Chavez Ravine with a tough series versus the Nationals.
The game started with a lighter crowd than anticipated as typical Los Angeles traffic prevented fans from getting to the game until the 3rd inning. No matter what, the Dodgers were able to get on the board

To top it off, Walker Buehler thought it would be great to add to his one-hitter by adding an RBI single to right field to drive in Kiké Hernandez in the 6th before getting taken out of the game in the 7th to a standing ovation from the Dodger Stadium crowd.

Dodgers are again the NL West Champs!!!Walker Beuhler dominated and the rest of the “boys in blue” came ready for the Rockies. When all is said and done, neither Madison Bumgarner’s purposeful presence nor Max Scherzer’s conspicuous absence made a bit of difference. We did it on merit.
Congratulations, Dodgers and Dodgers fans!!!
