Stadium Seats, Bobbleheads & Bleeding Blue | Dodgers Nation Fan Cave Battle – Episode 2
Episode 2 of the Dodgers Nation Fan Cave Series raised the bar with some of the most creative and community-driven Dodgers shrines we’ve seen yet. Hosted by John Robinson IV, aka JayRob, this episode featured four standout fan caves from across the country — each with its own unique story and deep connection to the Dodgers.
Kicking things off was Salvador Medrano of El Paso, Texas. A true community leader, Salvador runs a 500-member Facebook group called Dodgers Fans of El Paso and transformed a local bar into a full-on Dodgers gathering space. His photos captured fans of all ages — decked out in Dodgers gear — waving flags and creating a Los Angeles atmosphere hundreds of miles from Chavez Ravine.
Next up was Tammy Smith from Los Banos, California, who turned her high school office into a Dodger-themed space admired by students and faculty alike. With retirement around the corner, Tammy’s fan cave has become a legacy fixture — complete with seasonal decorations like her Dodgers-meets-Christmas setup. Fans looking to start their own collection of bobbleheads like Tammy’s can find great options from FOCO.
Representing Missouri, Bruce Harland showcased decades of devotion dating back to the 1970s. His fan cave is filled with baseballs, cards, bats, and even a letter signed by former Dodgers owner Peter O’Malley. A lifetime fan who’s made cross-country trips to see the team, Bruce’s setup is a masterclass in memorabilia — much of which can be found through Fanatics.
Finally, David Vasquez stole the show with a jaw-dropping sports shrine. Featuring a massive L.A. mural in the background of his man cave, over 150 Dodgers hats, a Shohei Ohtani jersey (two of only five made), and even a signed Vin Scully check, David fused Dodgers and Lakers fandom into a one-of-a-kind experience. His space earned him the Episode 2 crown and a $50 Amazon gift card.
