VIDEO: Hyun-Jin Ryu Jumps Rope On Korean Variety Show

Since joining the Los Angeles Dodgers before the 2013 season, left-hander Hyun-Jin Ryu has become a star in Los Angeles and an even bigger star in his home country of Korea.

Ryu has been seen in commercials, Korean pop music videos and charity baseball games. The video above shows Ryu on a Korean variety show, laughing at those who struggle with the joint jump roping and showing off an impressive connection with his partner. Not much else is known about the show or if there were more challenges, but Ryu is again keeping busy in the offseason.

The 27-year-old is heading into his third season in the United States and will once again join Clayton Kershaw and Zack Greinke to give the Dodgers one of the best trios in any rotation. He dealt with shoulder issues last year, but should return stronger this season.
