Watch: Dodgers Clayton Kershaw Pumps Up His Team

Dodgers ace Clayton Kershaw knows a thing or two about motivating his team. An inspirational speech, or a pep talk before a game can be key. It also holds value in moments off the field… like at the family BBQ.

It’s the weekend, which is the most ideal time to set up the grill and cookout. With that, we take a cue from Kershaw as he motivates his family.

Ok, first off, the sort of elephant in the room… Clayton’s acting chops have really improved.

Second, the Kershaw kids remain adorable.

Lastly, Clayton’s “monterrey and red pepper burger with guacamole” sounds like something I’m now going to be grilling this weekend.
