Wednesday is April 1, and the first full month of the season includes some key matchups and notable giveaways for the Los Angeles Dodgers.
As detailed by Noel Sanchez of Dodgers Nation, here’s five games you can’t miss.
Shohei Ohtani Greatest Game Part 1 bobblehead night, Friday, April 10 vs. Texas Rangers
Game 4 of the 2025 National League Championship Series was perhaps the greatest individual performance in baseball history.
Shohei Ohtani struck out 10 on the mound and hit three home runs in route to a series-clinching 5-1 win over the Milwaukee Brewers.
That performance was so dominant that Ohtani is being honored with not one, but two bobblehead nights.
The first, this one focused on the three home runs, is set for April 10, with the other — presumably pitching-focused — scheduled for July 8.

Dodger Date Night, Friday, April 24, vs. Cubs
If you’re looking to celebrate your love of your partner and the Dodgers, April 24 is a perfect time to do so.
But the game won’t be just a love-fest, as Southern California native Pete Crow-Armstrong will return to LA with the Cubs for the first time since his controversial comments demeaning Dodgers fans.
Hello Kitty Hoodie Night, Monday, April 13, vs. Mets
If you’re a Dodgers fan with a passion for Hello Kitty, April 13 is your night.
The promotional hoodie features the Dodgers logo and the cute feline, as well as the trademark red bow on the hood of the jacket.
Japanese Heritage Night, Monday, April 27, vs. Marlins
Purchase a special ticket package to get a special-edition jersey honoring Japan.
The evening also features “a handcrafted food and beverage menu, live music and performances in Centerfield Plaza,” the team said on its website.
Jackie Robinson Day, Wednesday, April 15, vs. Mets
April 15 will feature another jersey giveaway, this time a Jackie Robinson jersey.
The No. 42 Dodgers jersey features gold accents to honor the player who broke the color barrier’s debut in the majors.
