Heads up, Dodgers fans: Your dream house is on the market.
As detailed by Bianca Heyward of the California Post, there’s a house at 711 Bernard St. in the Elysian Park/Chinatown area of Los Angeles that’s “just a stone’s throw from the gates of Dodger Stadium.”

Living in that location would be “a dream for baseball fans, provided they don’t mind the stadium traffic,” Heyward wrote.
But given that notorious traffic, moving on foot might be faster, especially given the proximity.
There Is One Catch
While it might be nice to avoid the game day traffic, there is another car-related issue with the home.
There is no parking spot or driveway, so if you have a car, you’ll be forced to park on the street.
And that’s where living near Dodger Stadium could be more of a headache than a blessing.
Given the difficulty of parking in that area on game days, it’s unlikely the homeowner would be able to move their car, as whatever spot they left will almost definitely not be available upon their return.
Do the Perks Outweigh the Parking Issues?
The California Post notes that the property has a high transit score, so if you’re without a personal vehicle and OK with using public transit and ride shares, this could be the spot for you.

After all, with a house this close to Dodger Stadium and with a patio that’s perfect for some celebrations before and after the game, you should be inviting people to your place.
And though the two bedroom, one bathroom house isn’t huge at 770 square feet, it is relatively affordable by Los Angeles standards.
