Jerry Hairston Joins Dodgers Nation For 2026 Season

Former Los Angeles Dodgers utility man and SportsNet LA analyst Jerry Hairston Jr. will join Dodgers Nation for the 2026 season.

Hairston will have recurring segments on Dodgers Dugout Live, joining Dodgers Nation’s host Doug McKain to provide insight on the Dodgers.

“I’m thrilled to have Jerry on the show this season,” McKain said. “Jerry and I have worked together before, and I love the energy and insight he brings to the table. I can’t wait for Dodgers fans to get even more Jerry on Dodgers Dougout.”

Since his retirement from MLB in 2013, Hairston has been with SportsNet LA as part of their pregame and postgame broadcasting crew.

Hairston played two seasons with the Dodgers in 2012 and 2013, featuring in 174 games for LA. He had a .261/.334/.371 slash line during his time with the Dodgers, and hit six home runs while logging 48 RBIs. He played 16 MLB seasons, featuring for the New York Yankees, Milwaukee Brewers, Washington Nationals, San Diego Padres, Texas Rangers, Cincinnati Reds, Chicago Cubs and Baltimore Orioles along with the Dodgers.

He won the 2009 World Series with the Yankees.
