When Does The World Series Start? Dodgers vs Yankees Full Schedule
After the Los Angeles Dodgers wrapped up the National League Championship Series Sunday night, the club will have a nice break before facing the New York Yankees in the World Series.

The highly-touted matchup will commence on Friday, Oct. 25. It marks the Dodgers’ first Fall Classic appearance since 2020.
Games 1 and 2 of the World Series will take place at Dodger Stadium, but start times are still TBD. The matchups will likely begin around 5 p.m. PT/8 pm. ET. However, nothing has been confirmed just yet.
The Dodgers will head to New York for Games 3, 4, and 5. The World Series will return to Chavez Ravine for the final two games of the best-of-seven series, if necessary.
The Dodgers and Yankees haven’t competed against each other in the World Series since 1981 when Los Angeles won the title in six games. The 1981 Dodgers roster came back from a 0-2 deficit to win the Fall Classic.

Game 1: Friday, Oct. 25 — Yankees at Dodgers
Game 2: Saturday, Oct. 26 — Yankees at Dodgers
Game 3: Monday, Oct. 28 — Dodgers at Yankees
Game 4: Tuesday, Oct. 29 — Dodgers at Yankees
Game 5: Wednesday, Oct. 30 — Dodgers at Yankees (if necessary)
Game 6: Friday, Nov. 1 — Yankees at Dodgers (if necessary)
Game 7: Saturday, Nov. 2 — Yankees at Dodgers (if necessary)
