Dodgers Fans Showing Full Force Of Support At Yankee Stadium
The Los Angeles Dodgers are in the Bronx taking on the New York Yankees for the first time in eight years and their fans traveled with them.
It’s not a secret that the Dodgers travel well. The Yankees embraced the matchup by selling Shohei Ohtani jerseys in their team store. They also used Ohtani for series-specific promotional items like hats with his name and number embroidered next to Aaron Judge.
But, Yankee Stadium might not be ready for the sea of blue parading into Yankee Stadium on Saturday night.
The video above shows a sea of Dodgers fans taking to the streets of New York and was originally posted by the Yankee Entertainment and Sports Network promoting the postgame show.
Los Angeles took the first game of the series on Friday by a score of 2-1 in extra innings. The game-winning runs came off the bat of outfielder Teoscar Hernandez when he delivered a two-run double in the top of the 11th inning.
The Dodgers pitching was downright disgusting. Yoshinobu Yamamoto had the best start of his young career, Anthony Banda, Blake Treinen, Daniel Hudson, Michael Grove, and Yohan Ramirez shut down one of the league’s most powerful offenses in what might go down as one of the best games of the season.

I love that video. Some people don’t understand Dodger fans’ obsession. This is a good illustration.
Hey Mike,
I’ve been a Dodgers fan since 1956. I understand their obsession….
