Dodgers Honor Joc Pederson’s LA Career with Tear Jerking Video

Former Dodger and 2020 World Series champion Joc Pederson made his return to Dodger Stadium on Thursday night. Undoubtedly, it was an emotional sight — in all the right ways — seeing Joc back at the place he called home for 7 seasons.

The 29-year-old put together a lifetime’s worth of highlights in Dodger blue. And ahead of the game on Thursday, fans at Dodger Stadium were treated to some of those highlights in a lovely package that ran on Dodgervision.

Along with the video, Pederson received his 2020 World Championship ring in a nice on-field ceremony that featured several of his former teammates.

Joc played 748 career regular season games with the Dodgers, hitting 130 home runs while posting a .806 OPS (on-base plus slugging). However, in the postseason is where he really left his mark. In 6 separate Octobers, known as Joctober around Los Angeles, the outfielder triple slashed .272/.349/.503 with 9 homers and 20 runs batted in. In last year’s World Series, Joc batted .400 with a key home run over the Tampa Bay Rays.

Joc Pederson, you will forever be a fan favorite here at Dodger Stadium!
