The Los Angeles Dodgers finally won a game on Saturday against the Arizona Diamondbacks, and will look to win the series Sunday.
Prior to Saturday’s win, the Dodgers had lost seven games in a row—their worst skid since 2017. They suffered back-to-back sweeps against the Boston Red Sox and Chicago Cubs. The Dodgers’ streak nearly extended Saturday, as Edwin Diaz allowed consecutive triples to put the winning run on third with no outs, but he managed to escape the jam to help the Dodgers on their way to a win.
Who is Pitching for the Dodgers?
Justin Wrobleski is taking the mound for the Dodgers on Sunday, and will look to bounce back following a rough couple of starts. He has allowed four home runs in each of his last two starts, matching his total on the season beforehand.
His ERA has risen to 3.31 on the year, and he has 91 strikeouts in 117 innings pitched.
If there’s a team for Wrobleski to bounce back against, it’s the Diamondbacks. He faced them earlier in the season, posting six scoreless innings against them to kick off June.
Who is in the Dodgers’ Lineup?
The Dodgers shuffled around a few players for Sunday’s game, but are still fielding a strong lineup for the rubber match. Shohei Ohtani, who drove in the winning run Saturday, remains in the leadoff spot, followed by Andy Pages and Freddie Freeman. Tommy Edman remains at second base and moves into the cleanup spot, followed by shortstop Mookie Betts.
Kyle Tucker bats sixth for the Dodgers after hitting a home run in Saturday’s game, and Teoscar Hernandez plays left field while batting seventh. Kiké Hernandez is batting eighth and standing in for Max Muncy at third base, and Ben Rortvedt rounds out the lineup as the catcher.

The Diamondbacks are also fielding an All-Star on the mound Sunday, as Eduardo Rodriguez is their starter.
Rodriguez is having a career year, posting a 2.71 ERA through 136.1 innings pitched so far this season. He has 92 strikeouts on the year, and is the Diamondbacks’ only 10-win pitcher.
The left-hander has pitched against the Dodgers three times this season, allowing no more than two runs in each of his outings. The Dodgers will look to make a breakthrough in the final game of Sunday’s series, pursuing their first series win of the month. First pitch comes at 1:10 p.m. PT.
