Dodgers Nation Week In Review: June 1 — June 7
The Los Angeles Dodgers had a forgettable week, going 2-4 over their last six games. The Pittsburgh Pirates took the last game of a four-game set before the Dodgers welcomed the Chicago White Sox to Dodger Stadium.
Unfortunately, the team couldn’t take advantage of good pitching outings as the offense struggled to produce runs. After a day off, the Dodgers traveled to Colorado to take on the Rockies.
With the Dodgers finding it difficult to generate wins, manager Don Mattingly began to question the team’s focus. They responded by getting a win Friday, but lost in extra innings Saturday.
