Los Angeles Dodgers fans lined up several hours before first pitch Thursday in anticipation for the Dodgers’ One Piece Night giveaway.
The massively popular promotion from last season carried over into 2026, with the Dodgers announcing the second installment of the fan-favorite experience. The Dodgers will give away a trading card and a straw hat for One Piece Night as they did last season, though the design on this year’s card differs from the first promotion.
Each of the first 52,000 fans to enter the event will receive the items, limited to one per fan.
Ticket prices for the game reflect the popularity of the event, as the cheapest ticket in the stadium three hours before kickoff is well over $300. That’s a small price to pay for some fans, though, as the card they’ll receive upon entry will hold immense value.
Last month, a PSA 10 card from the 2025 installment of One Piece Night promotion sold for $5,300, and the demand for the tickets clearly shows fans expect the same for this promotion. Some individuals already have the card listed for presale on StockX for $739.
The Dodgers will also hold a Drone Show presented by One piece following the game.

Who Do the Dodgers Play Against on One Piece Night?
The Los Angeles Dodgers will face the San Diego Padres on Thursday, marking the first time the second-place Padres have made their way to Chavez Ravine this season. LA has won four of the six lineups they’ve had against the Padres this season, and have outscored them 29-17 during those games.
Roki Sasaki will start for the Dodgers, and will have a chip on his shoulder following his last outing, which also came against the Padres. In that outing, Sasaki threw four innings and allowed three earned runs, walking five batters in the process.
He will face Randy Vásquez, who the Dodgers scored seven runs against last weekend in a win over the Friars.
He’ll look to get the Dodgers off to a good start as they aim to extend their lead atop the NL West and put themselves in a prime position to earn the franchise’s first three-peat.
